Q. How do I get started?
A. It's easy, send us an email clientservice@neteventsstudio.com. A customer care representative will contact you to discuss your needs, and we'll give you a quote within 24 hours.

Q. Will I need to set anything up?
A. Typically, customers prepare a print copy of their registration form to help them organize their registration needs and requirements. We can help you with this if you are unsure about what you may or may not need. If you send us a hardcopy of your registration options, we can start set-up right away. If you need help organizing your registration form, we can walk you through all the steps needed to gather the information and organize it in the best way for your audience. After that, we take care of building and deploying your online registration system. We will show you how to access your data, and we will handle any system modifications you need along the way.

Q. Will the online registration forms match my Website?
A. To expedite the process of building templates that are consistent with your event and/or company website, we ask that you provide us with any graphics that you may already have. Artwork charges *may* apply if we are required to make revisions that involve significant art direction or production time. You will be notified at project onset of any template charges that will apply. Typically, we allow for adaptations of existing Web graphics, at no additional charge.

Q. When can I expect my online registration to be up and running?
A. Most systems are built and deployed within 5-7 business days. Times may vary according to complexity of interface designs and requirements.

Q. Who provides hosting, and is it secure?
A. We provide secure hosting and authentication.

Q. What if a registrant needs assistance with the online form or payment process?
A. Need answer here.

Q. What if I don't want to use online credit card processing?
A. Our applications are completely customizable. Should you prefer to process payments offline, that's no problem. We can still gather all the data via your online registration system, and we will export it in whatever format you require for further processing.

Q. Can I include automated features for shut-down and early registrations?
A. Certainly. We can pre-program cut-off dates, regisration limits, fee changes etc. That's the advantage of customization!

Q. Can I review my registration activity online?
A. We will set up a special administrator interface where you can easily review all the data being collected and choose options to export or reporting. We will also provide you with customized emails that can deliver data directly to you.

Q. Will you save my registration system for use with a future event?
A. As the saying goes, there's no reason to reinvent the wheel. We will archive your the components of your registration system on a secure server for a period of 2 years. If you want to "recycle" an event registration system, we can help you save money on future set-ups and can speed the time to launch.
